A Wedding Weekend, Not Just a Wedding Day

Most couples spend months planning a celebration that lasts four hours. At Casa Vista, we think that is backwards.

Casa Vista is a private 11-bedroom mountain estate in Fraser, Colorado, built for couples who want their wedding weekend to actually feel like a weekend. Rehearsal dinner Thursday, ceremony Saturday, slow Sunday brunch with the people who matter most. No hotel blocks, no shuttles, no rushing anyone out at midnight.

Your guests stay on the property. You stay on the property. The whole weekend unfolds at your pace, in the mountains, together.

What Is Included

• Exclusive use of the full 11-bedroom estate and grounds for your dates
• 40x80 wedding tent, fully set up with professional lighting
• Dance floor, staging, and ceremony arch
• Tables, chairs, and benches (bench lengths range from 8 to 13 ft, most around 10 ft)
• 250 complete settings: china, flatware, and glassware
• Professional sound system (music must allow conversation without yelling; county noise ordinance requires music off at 9:45 PM)
• Whiskey barrel bar
• The Love Shack, an on-property outbuilding for vendor staging and getting ready, with two additional restrooms for event guests
• Fire pit and outdoor gathering areas, lawn games, volleyball, cornhole, putt-putt
• Indoor hot tub, sauna, shuffleboard, pool table, ping-pong, chef's kitchen, and WiFi
• Propane heaters on site (smaller tanks are guests' responsibility to refill)
• 120 on-site parking spaces during summer months
• Standard house cleaning after checkout (guests handle cleanup during the event)

Capacity

Ceremony and reception lawn: up to 250 seated guests (22 tables averaging 10 to 12 per table). The main house sleeps 36 overnight guests across 11 bedrooms.

Add More Homes for Your Guests

Keep your wedding party and closest friends all within walking distance. Our three partner homes can be added to any wedding package at $3,500 per home for three nights.

Full buyout of all four properties: $25,500. Total overnight capacity: 110 guests.

The Belize Bonus

Every Casa Vista wedding booking includes access to our private beachfront home on Caye Caulker, Belize. Every booking gets the downstairs apartment. Spend $15,000 or more across any combination of stays and you receive the entire six-bedroom plus two-bedroom house at no additional cost.

Most couples use it for the honeymoon. It also works as a pre-wedding bachelor or bachelorette trip: a car-free Caribbean island, world-class snorkeling at the Blue Hole, and beachfront sunsets. Ask us for details when you reach out.

Bring Your Own Vendors

Casa Vista does not require or mark up any vendors. Bring your own caterer, photographer, florist, bartender, officiant, and anyone else you want. We recommend using a TIPS-certified bartender for day-of service. We are happy to share names of local vendors we trust, including Sherry Kent and Wildhorse Catering, but the choice is always yours.

Event insurance is recommended but not required. Grand County does not require a special event permit for weddings at Casa Vista.

The Setting

Fraser, Colorado sits at over 8,500 feet elevation. The nights are clear and dark. The mornings smell like pine. The Arapaho National Forest begins at the edge of the property. Rocky Mountain National Park is 30 minutes away. Winter Park Resort is 10 minutes away.

It is the kind of place people talk about for years.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is due at booking to hold your dates. The balance is due 30 days before check-in. The deposit is non-refundable. If the balance has been paid and you cancel, that payment is also non-refundable. Reach out as soon as possible if your situation changes and we will do our best to work with you.
