CasaColo

Welcome home to CasaColo, a newly renovated chalet, with 11 bedrooms, 8 baths. Featuring 2 large living areas with a fireplace and views of the rocky mountains. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a double oven. In the basement there is a bar and pool table area as well as a steam shower. The covered patio has an outdoor hot tub. Our most common feedback is that the place is nicer than our listing.

The space

We've been told the space feels like "grandma's house with the space, tools, and toys to accommodate every generation in the family". New windows a a big boiler ensure the space is always comfortable in winter.

We aim to have extras of everything possible to minimize inconvenience when something breaks. We have three full size refrigerators in the house, with 2 combination boilers, 4 washers, 5 dryers, 2 microwaves, 2 coffee makers, 2 toaster ovens, backup linens etc. There are two ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor ideal for those with limited mobility. Due to our size, we have significantly more ammenities than most houses, please understand somethings take time to fix and not every single ammenity will always be accessible.

Guest access

The entire house, decks, patios, and yard is included. The detached building hosts our caretakers.
